Over the past 10 years, the 4th Musketeer has grown into an organization encompassing various labels such as Arise, Muskathlon, and the LIFE Network under one foundation: 4M.

All sites for these labels were developed on different CMS platforms, resulting in a lack of unity, structure, and cohesion. Additionally, there was considerable repetitive work, and customer data was scattered across multiple locations, inhibiting growth.

Thanks to Plate's multisite with a deep, highly flexible integration with Salesforce, these problems are a thing of the past.

The 'multisite value' for 4M

Before migrating to Plate, the websites were hosted by different partners and multiple Content Management Systems were being used.

Choosing Plate's multisite made it easier for 4M to establish a central CRM (Salesforce) that seamlessly connects with all websites within the network.

Check out this Dutch explainer movie (English subtitles are availble within the Youtube player).

The 2000 members of 4M log in to their own portal environment where data is visible that is directly fetched and displayed from Salesforce. Any information modified in the portal is immediately updated in Salesforce. Salesforce is used by all labels, and thanks to the integration with Plate, the different labels each have their own website and portal environment where functionality and Salesforce integration is shared. As the multisite brings all 4M websites together, it has become much easier for administrators to work together on the sites.

Salesforce Portal 4M

This innovation in their ICT landscape has contributed to improved performance of their multiple websites, all supported by Plate's multisite solution. This seamless integration results in greater autonomy for 4M's customers, fewer errors, increased efficiency, and a superior user experience.

The participants in 4M's activities (of which there are more than 2000) can independently view information in their portal environment 24/7 and make changes and send feedback, without the risk of breaking anything. 4M has the CMS freedom to beautifully visualize that data from Salesforce.
